Information to provide with a support request

In order to help the Cognitect support team resolve your support request quickly, please include the following information with your request:

  • Transactor and peer heap sizes (-Xmx and -Xms)
  • Storage service
  • Transactor properties file (redacted of all credential and license key information)
  • The return value of calling (datomic.integrity/diagnostics db-uri) at a Clojure REPL
  • Machine properties (cores, memory, etc.)
  • Log files, if available
  • Metrics, if available
  • Peer system properties, if any set to non-default (see http://docs.datomic.com/system-properties.html)

Also, please ensure that the symptom you’re encountering hasn’t already been addressed by a recent release of Datomic by checking the latest CHANGELOG and release notices.
